October Wish List

Hey ladies, sorry for being all deep and emotional in my previous post but it was something I wanted to get off my chest for so long. Reading your comments definitely made me feel so much better and I am so grateful for your support. I just wanted to say thank you for reading and for hearing me out. The topic isn't something I like to bring up or confide to my family or friends about; I'm the type of person who doesn't like to show my weakest points or let others see me cry. But enough of this emotional talk, lets get movingggg! ... but yeah, THANK YOU for being there for me! I love you :) <3

So moving on... I feel like I haven't posted a wish list in forever, probably since July. Since I came back from overseas there hasn't been much I've been interested in and if I was I would have purchased it already. As I am trying to save money for Melbourne and I just spent $240 for a music festival (Stereosonic) I am going on a spending ban until December! However here are some items I have been lusting for a while and recently!

MiraCurl by BaByliss Pro Perfect Curl
em cosmetics - Chiaroscuro
Ciate - Mini Mani Month
Lime Crime - Opaque Lipstick in Poisonberry
L'oreal Paris - Shine Caresse
Nyx - Soft Matte Lip Cream
Benefit Cosmetics - Countdown to Love Advent Calendar
Clarins - Blush Prodige Illuminating Cheek Colour
Marc Jacobs - Honey EDP
Lancome - DreamTone Serum

It sucks that most of these items are either not available in Australia and if it is it's super expensive :(

What's on your current wish list? Have you tried any of these products?

In other news, my exams are approaching in less than a month! I will try my best to blog as often as possible but the next two months will be pretty busy for me. It amazes me how people can sit down and pre-write several posts in one day.

Anyways, hope you're all having a fantastic weekend! ^_^

  1. Whoa, the Ciate polish set looks ah-mazing! And so does that Benefit advent calendar :)
Good luck with that spending ban - it'll be worth it when you've saved the cash for that holiday in Melbourne!

  2. I tried MJ Honey and I wasn't a huge fan, but I love the packaging! The advent calendar looks awesome!
It's a shame a lot of these aren't available where you live :/

  6. I've been eyeing the advent calendar ever since it popped up on Sephora! I'm headed to the states in 3 weeks, so I might pick one up then. There are worse things to spend $70 on, right?

  13. I wonder if the sets will be available in Aus though :( And thank you! I hope I can refrain from spending since I have to pay for everything myself on this short trip and no parents always funding T_T

  15. Look at your blog! I'm loving this whole new look Louise!! -- Especially the new banner and those cute social media icons. ;-) Your October wishlist has so many great products. Those Limecrime lipsticks have been such a hype lately, particularly in the shade Croquette. Poisonberry looks amazing too, nonetheless. I hope you're able to get at least one of these items! I'm really into YSL Glossy Stains right now. x

  17. They look so good! Don't you have them already? I would have thought you would since you're a lippy person

  18. Hahahah me too!!! I always get distracted and if I haven't been blogging for a while I lack the motivation as well. But blogging is also another way for me to procrastinate from doing homework.

Lancome used to never appeal to me because my mum uses the brand hahaha. But ever since their Rouge in Love collection, I've been interested.

  19. The advent calendar just looks so good but I'm not sure whether it'd be worth it... I mean, they're only samples :(

  20. Yes they are and I know you love those hehe. Your post made me even more interested!! I'd love to try the L'oreal stains - the packaging reminds me of YSL so much and I want to try them as well.

  21. I wish I could purchase all Marc Jacobs fragrances; I only have Daisy :( Eughh and I hate it when BB gives teasers and only one of the products featured tickle my fancy. I neverrr get the products I want T_T

  22. Omg lucky you! I would love to head back to the states just to visit Sephora and splurge. I never really experienced life there since I was only there for technically 4 days...

  23. Yes they all look really nice :)

  24. I totally understand what you mean! I'm too shy to wear really bright or daring shades but I always end up buying them because they're so gorgeous.

  25. It smells so nice and sweet. I don't particularly remember the actual smell since it's been a while but I loved it. I've been sooo intrigued by the curling iron but I've never thought about my hair getting stuck.... if it gets stuck then I guess it'll just burn off haha

  26. I think I saw the advent set on Benefit AU's instagram! It was $99 if I remember right :)

  27. ... WHAAATTTT?!??!!?! It's $68 on Sephora sigh sigh T___T Talk about a total rip off

  28. Awww thank you Lisa! :D I have been lusting over Poisonberry for so long since it looks so gorgeous but I don't think I'm daring enough to wear it out. I think if I wore Croquette, it'd make me look as if I was sick. Oh and I would love to try those YSL glossy stains as well! So many things I want ahh
